We enable lasting change through education, skills training and microloans.
Little Voice Foundation creates employment and economic resilience through education, skills training and microfinance loans with the benefits extending to almost 10,000 people in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Our primary schools are winning awards.
Our holistic approach to education involves more than just teaching the curriculum. Our daily hot lunch ensures bodies as well as minds are fed. Our health programs reflect our belief that a healthy student is a happy student. And, our open door policy for parents encourages their participation and gives us opportunities to highlight the importance of education.
Investing in disenfranchised youth to get them trained and into jobs.
We identify motivated youth who have struck out academically and are unable to afford the quality training programs needed to develop skills and compete in the job market. With 90% of graduates employed and a post graduation pay differential of 50-100% this program offers economic independence for a key age group.
We operate one of the top microfinance programs in our district.
Our program provides more than just a loan. It is about giving women the skills they need to build a successful business, providing ongoing support to help them overcome challenges and encouraging the community to value women-led businesses.
